SEASON OF REFLECTION JOURNAL

Moves with your year. Feels like clarity, alignment and self-discovery, rather than a chore.

This yearly journal helps you slow down and check in with yourself, season by season, month by month, building clarity, emotional awareness and intention along the way.

This isn’t a journal you start once and use the same way in January as you do in July. Because your life moves with the seasons, the journal is structured around the natural rhythm of the year, so what you’re reflecting on always matches where you are in it. The result? A journaling experience that feels dynamic, personal and sustainable, year after year.

Every month has a set of questions you can explore at your own pace. No rigid rules, no unrealistic journaling goals, no falling behind.

You’ll find prompts that tune into the unique energy and symbolism of each season, helping your reflection feel timely and alive (like end-of-year reflections in December). Others are recurring core prompts, gentle enough to revisit again and again, yet deep enough to surface patterns you’d otherwise miss.

This journal offers a calm, grounding space to return to yourself, and along the way, a beautiful keepsake of your memories and thoughts.

This is my new favorite journal. It’s so different from any other journal out there. The prompts feel intuitive, and I like the way they follow you from season to season and month to month. They ask the questions everyone should be asking themselves to check in on where they are in life and how they feel. The paper quality is great, and as a journal nerd, I appreciate that there’s actually room to write, which isn’t the case with many prompt journals I’ve tried.

I’ve practiced journaling for many years, and this is the most unique journal I’ve found in quite a while. The questions are thought provoking and I can’t wait to start. Fall is always a tough time of the year for me so I take extractime for activities that support my mental well being. I think this journal will provide that boost I need to muddle thru all the changes autumn brings to my life, And it looks nice. Really good value. And super fast delivery
