All sales are final and are not eligible for return, cancellation, or exchange unless you received an incorrect or damaged product. If this applies to your order, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item at [email protected]. Be sure to include your name, order number, a photo, and a description of the incorrect or damaged item.
Shipping Address Errors
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for refunds or replacements. If you realize there is an error in your address, email us immediately at [email protected] While we will make every effort to update the address before the order ships, we cannot guarantee changes will be possible.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and determine the best resolution. Include your name, order number, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item when reaching out to us.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for digital products or gift cards.
Refunds
If your return is approved due to receiving an incorrect or damaged item, we will notify you once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
