Why subscribe to The Boonly?
One of our readers explains it well…
“It’s like having a relaxed chat with a friend about life and how to have better Sundays. It encourages you to think about things you may not have considered before and offers ideas to reduce stress in your life and work.” – Ann H.
What we’re NOT is a self-improvement newsletter that only prescribes ‘how to live your best life’ hacks.
We offer ideas and space for pondering, letting you decide what works for you. We focus on joy and presence, not constant improvement. If you’re looking for a splash of positivity to start your week, you’ll find inspiration here.
We understand the value of a thoughtful conversation with a friend and the warmth of a close connection with a loved one. But sometimes, life gets in the way, and those moments slip by.
That’s why we created products designed to spark meaningful conversations, deepen personal connections and inspire self-discovery. If you enjoy reading and sharing The Boonly, you’ll love having these by your side.

“Why did I start a lifestyle/self-growth newsletter?”
During some big life transitions — moving to a new country and adjusting to motherhood — I realized there’s more to who we are than just our jobs (who else can relate?), and that true joy comes from the simple, everyday moments.
Even though Sundays often brought stress for the week ahead (hello, Sunday Scaries), they also offered little joys like baking, going for walks, and practicing mindfulness.
I started bookmarking insightful content and journaling my experiences. I shared these links with family and friends, and they found them helpful too. I thought, ‘If I find this inspiring, maybe others will too.’
I wanted a way to achieve meaningful, judgment-free self-growth,
so I created The Boonly.
